Alyssa is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a wide range of experiences working with individuals, families, and adolescents struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and many others. She has worked in a wide variety of settings including mental health clinics, inpatient mental health hospitals, and adolescent residential psychiatric facilities.
 

Alyssa received her B.A. in psychology at Louisiana Tech University. She continued her studies at Louisiana State University, completing a Master of Social Work. 
Alyssa’s approach to therapy is centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. By learning to control thoughts, we can then control emotions and behaviors. Alyssa provides a safe environment for patients to process and learn. At this time, Alyssa cannot take insurance.
